As Pride Month draws to a close, we have been reflecting on the importance of ensuring that Colosseum Dental UK openly and actively support all colleagues and patients, regardless of gender or sexuality.
Inclusivity and acceptance in the workplace are incredibly important to us at Colosseum Dental UK, and we are proud to be a company who celebrate diversity and inclusivity; and offer a safe, supportive working environment for our colleagues.
Pride is a celebration of being proud of who you, your friends, family, colleagues, and others are, and to consistently show togetherness, love, and friendship. Not only this, but it is important both during Pride month and to consistently to highlight the work of LGBTQIA+ groups and individuals both currently and historically, and to raise awareness of issues affecting the community.
At Colosseum Dental, we operate a zero-tolerance policy on homophobia, transphobia, biphobia and acephobia in the workplace; and ensure that our colleagues feel safe and supported not just during pride month, but all year round.
