Crowns, veneers.. which is more expensive?
Veneers and crowns are both very popular forms of dentistry, which seek to restore issues with your teeth such as decay or discolouration. However, the choice between them depends on the condition of your teeth and the issue that you are trying to fix. Veneers are a thin layer of porcelain that can be bonded to the front of your teeth, whilst crowns cover can cover the entirety of the tooth and are thicker than veneers.
Quite often crowns are used for more serious issues, if the tooth has broken or if a significant amount of tooth tissue has been lost.
