Getting your child to a dentist shouldn't be complicated. During Little Smiles Week, Colosseum Dental practices across England are opening their doors to offer free check-ups for children - no referral, no fuss, just a friendly appointment to keep their smile healthy.
We know that dental care isn't always easy to access. Cost, availability, and finding the right practice can all get in the way, especially when it comes to children's appointments. That's why once a year, a number of our practice run Little Smiles Week: a dedicated initiative to help children who might otherwise miss out on getting the check-up they need.

Why children's dental check-ups matter
Regular dental check-ups help catch tooth decay, gum problems, and developmental concerns before they become bigger - and more expensive - issues. Early visits also help children feel comfortable at the dentist, which sets them up for a lifetime of better oral health.

How to book your free children's dental check-up
Step 1: Find a participating practice near you in the list below.
Step 2: Complete the short registration form using the button above. If you have more than one child, please submit a separate form for each.
Step 3: A member of our friendly practice team will be in touch to confirm your child's appointment time.

Does my child need to be registered at your practice?
No. These appointments are open to all children, whether or not they have visited a Colosseum Dental practice before.
Can I register more than one child?
Yes - please submit a separate registration form for each child.
What if there's no practice near me?
Select 'Other' in the form and our team will try to find the nearest available option for you.
What happens at the appointment?
One of our dentists will carry out a routine check-up, look at your child's teeth and gums, and give you friendly advice on keeping their smile healthy.
