Dr Randhir graduated from King’s College London in 2015 and has since completed numerous postgraduate qualifications and courses, including both parts of the MJDF examinations with the Royal College of Surgeons.

He has also undertaken further training in composite bonding, implant restorations and facial aesthetics.

Endodontics is Randhir’s main area of interest and expertise. He is currently studying towards a Postgraduate Diploma in Endodontics with the University of Chester and has extensive experience managing complex cases, including re-root canal treatments, separated instrument removal and advanced obturation techniques. He also receives in-house referrals for difficult endodontic cases.

As a qualified Health Education England postgraduate mentor, Randhir supports and trains overseas dentists. He is known for his kind and friendly approach and particularly enjoys helping nervous patients and children feel relaxed and comfortable.

Outside of dentistry, Randhir enjoys hiking and has completed treks around the world, including in New Zealand and the Himalayas.

Jayesh Jadeja was born and raised in India before relocating to the UK in 2019, where he registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist.

He graduated from a leading university in India with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and has continued to develop his expertise through further postgraduate education. Jayesh holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry, alongside additional courses designed to broaden and enhance his clinical skills.

As a Dental Hygienist, he is passionate about educating patients on maintaining excellent oral health and believes that good oral health plays an important role in overall wellbeing. As a Dental Therapist, Jayesh also enjoys providing cosmetic treatments, with a particular interest in composite bonding and smile makeovers.

He takes pride in providing personalised, preventative and patient-focused care, helping patients feel confident about their oral health and smile.

Outside of dentistry, Jayesh enjoys travelling and exploring new places.

Hemal graduated from the University of Birmingham and carried out his Vocational Training right here at Carillon. Hemal then undertook an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training post at the Royal Derby Hospital.

Since then, his interest has always been on surgical and restorative dentistry. He has devoted lot of time developing his skills in dealing with more complex cases, ranging from cosmetic fillings to root canals and smile makeovers.

Hemal has also undertaken training in Dental Implants as well as currently studying for a Master’s Degree in Restorative Dentistry. He has the great privilege of being an Educational Supervisor to newly qualified Dentists and is involved in training the next generation of dentists.

Away from dentistry he has recently developed a love of landscape photography, any excuse to go travelling!

Shruthi graduated in Dentistry in 2000 and achieved Membership of Faculty of Dental Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons, in London, in 2004.

Shruthi has a comprehensive experience in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from several NHS organisations in addition to her general dentistry training.

She decided to become a General Dental Practitioner in 2006. Shruthi further trained in intra-venous coscious sedation to help the very nervous patients have their treatment comfortably.

Shruthi is ambitious and always keeping up to date with the latest innovations in dentistry.

Her creative talents not only shine in her dental work, but she has a great interest in art. She enjoys travelling to experience different cultures and love reading books

Savan graduated from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2019 and undertook his foundation training here at Carillon.

He is a calm, passionate and friendly dentist who takes great pride and care in his work. He is always looking for opportunities to learn new skills and improve which has driven him to undertake a Post Graduate Certificate in Contemporary Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry.

In his spare time, he loves to play cricket and badminton competitively along with going for walks with his dog.

Nahida graduated from the University of Plymouth and carried out her foundation training in Leicester. She has now moved back to her home town Loughborough where she grew up and works here at Carillon Dental Care.

Nahida is calm, patient and great at making both nervous children and adults feel at ease. She enjoys building good relationships with patients. Always eager to listen to patients and deliver high quality dentistry through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nahida is very passionate about providing education on the importance of proper oral hygiene and the key to prevention or numerous dental health conditions. Enthusiastic regarding keeping up to date with the latest dental techniques to provide the best patient care possible.

Nahida had a lovely bubbly personality, she always walks around with a smile on her face. She aims to bring positive vibe to the dental profession. She has a keen interest in changing patients perspective on dentistry.

Outside of work, Nahida loves spending time with her family hosting BBQs, going on hikes and watching Netflix.

Ranjit Ponathil graduated in Dentistry in 1996 from the University of Calicut, India, and went on to complete a Masters in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the same University, in 1999.

Ranjit procured his Membership in Oral Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh in 2001 and was granted Fellowship from the Royal College in 2013. He passed the LDS examination by the Royal College of Surgeons, England, in 2023.

Ranjit has nearly 25 years experience working within the industry, in various countries around the world.

He is a dedicated professional with a real passion for his works and ensures he keeps updated with the latest treatments within dentistry and oral surgery. 

In his spare time, Ranjit enjoys cycling, walking and travelling to new places. He is also a keen reader and a lover of animals.

Dora is a highly skilled specialist orthodontist who graduated in Dentistry from the Medical University of Debrecen, Hungary, in 2002. Dora qualified as a Specialist Dentist in 2004 and went on to achieve her Specialist Orthodontist status in 2010.

Dora further enhanced her expertise with Invisalign training in London in 2013, followed by advanced masterclass training in 2014. Dora provides a wide range of orthodontic treatments, including traditional fixed braces and clear aligner systems and has experience with passive self-ligating appliances.

Committed to delivering the highest standard of care, Dora regularly attends both national and international courses to stay up to date with the latest developments in orthodontics.

She is also a member of the British Orthodontic Society and the European Orthodontic Society.

With an interest in facial aesthetics, Dora has also completed an advanced anti-ageing course at the Derma Institute in Manchester.

Midhuna is a dedicated Dental Therapist committed to providing compassionate, patient-centred care. She is currently continuing her professional development through CPD, expanding her knowledge and skills in periodontal care, Airflow therapy, tooth whitening and the wider scope of dental therapy.

She focuses on clear communication, patient comfort and informed consent, tailoring treatment and oral hygiene advice to each patient’s individual needs.

Midhuna is committed to maintaining high clinical standards and continually developing her skills to provide safe, effective and compassionate care.

Outside of dentistry, her main passion is classical dance. She regularly takes part in stage performances and cultural programmes across the UK. Dance has helped her develop confidence, discipline and creativity.

She also enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, exploring new places and keeping active through exercise and dancing.
