Chris has worked in a general practice for the past 12 years. In this time, he has gained
a wealth of knowledge and skills in treating a huge variety of dental patients. He prides
himself on his communication skills as well as the mechanical ability to deliver high quality
dental treatment.

Chris is highly trained and experienced in all aspects of general dentistry that includes
fillings, crowns, bridgework, dentures and root canal treatment. He is particularly skilled
at removing teeth efficiently and painlessly. He is also able to provide cosmetic dental
procedures such as cosmetic white fillings and veneers to improve smiles as well as clear
braces to straighten teeth. Chris is also a huge advocate of further learning and aims to
ensure all his patients have the most up to date treatment options available to them.

Away from dentistry Chris is an avid fitness fanatic with a specialist knowledge of nutrition.

Anca graduated with an honours degree from Gr. T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iasi, Romania, being in the first twenty graduates in her study year. After graduation Anca was offered an internship at the preventive dentistry department of the university, a position Anca held for 8 months.

After moving to London, Anca started working in a mixed NHS/private dental practice where she worked as an associate dentist.

In 2012, Anca enrolled in a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry with The Faculty of General Dental Practitioners, and completed the prestigious Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry Certificate at Eastman Dental Institute. After completion of the certificate, Anca was appointed as visiting lecturer, a position she held for 1 year. Anca has a special interest and extensive experience in aesthetic and restorative dentistry. She has also been a Nuvola clear braces provider since 2015.

Outside of dentistry Anca enjoys travelling, the theatre, ballet and outdoor activities.

Dr Ahmed Mahammed

Dr Ahmed Mahammed qualified from The University of Birmingham in 2004. He has worked in both general practice and hospital.

Ahmed joined the team at Kenton Dental Centre in April 2011. That same year he carried out a RCSE diploma in implants, followed by an ITI course in 2012. He furthered his knowledge and training by undertaking a sinus augmentation course in 2014. He is now working toward completing his master’s degree in Implantology at The University of Bristol. He is highly committed to keeping up with the very latest techniques and procedures and attends several additional training course a year to ensure the highest standards of patient care are met.

His special interests are Oral Surgery, Implantology, minimally invasive dentistry, aesthetic dentistry, and Invisalign. Ahmed has placed hundreds of dental implants, ranging from simple to more complex cases. He is SAAD qualified and is highly experienced in managing anxious patients using various techniques to make the dental treatment a pleasant and more comfortable experience in a relaxed and welcoming environment. This includes Intravenous Sedation (IV) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). He is a dental phobia certified dentist.

He also has a keen interest in complex dental rehabilitation cases to restore teeth to an aesthetically and functionally stable state.

He enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience in the dental field and has been a Foundation Dental Trainer for several years, dedicated to teaching newly qualified dental graduates in gaining high standards.

Ahmed is part of the Teeth Relief (Sunnymead) charity and A World Without Barriers orphanage charity, dedicating time to providing education and treatment to the developing country.

He is a member of the British Dental Association, the Faculty of General Dental Practice and the Association of Dental Implantology. Away from dentistry, He is a keen endurance cyclist, cycling through many countries for charity. He is also a keen photographer and enjoys photographing various cultures around the world.

 Dr Hemish Patel graduated with Honors from Cardiff University.

Following his graduation, he achieved Membership in the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) with the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow, showcasing his commitment to excellence in the field.

To further hone his skills, Hemish pursued extensive hospital training across various fortes, including Oral Surgery, Restorative Dentistry, and Oral Medicine. He is currently pursuing a Diploma in Restorative and Aesthetic dentistry to provide his patients with the highest quality of care.

Hemish is passionate about delivering high-quality general dentistry, including direct adhesive restorations and minimally invasive ceramic restorations. He believes educating his patients is key so that they can have a detailed understanding of what is occurring in their mouths, allowing them to make the best-informed decisions on their treatment options.
