Dr José Navarro began his dental career in 1997 after moving to Madrid and enrolling in the Dental Medicine programme at the European University of Madrid, where he completed his dental degree. He subsequently spent five years in New York, completing advanced specialist training in implant dentistry, prosthodontics and restorative dentistry, followed by an MSc in Biomaterials from New York University College of Dentistry in 2009.

Since 2003, José has co-directed the Department of Implant Dentistry at the Brånemark Osseointegration Centre in Spain, while continuing to maintain an active clinical practice internationally. In 2014, he began practising in London as a visiting clinician before relocating permanently, with his clinical focus centred on implant surgery and prosthetics, particularly in leading central London practices in Wimpole Street and Harley Street.

José places and restores approximately 500 dental implants each year and has extensive experience across implant dentistry, prosthodontics, restorative dentistry and aesthetic dentistry, as well as complex oral surgery procedures including bone grafting, sinus lifts, onlay block grafting and soft-tissue grafting.

Alongside his clinical work, José is an experienced international lecturer and educator, delivering courses and lectures across Europe, the USA, the Middle East, South America and Asia on restorative implant dentistry, hard and soft-tissue regeneration and digital dental workflows.

He remains actively involved in leading international dental organisations, including the American Academy of Osseointegration, the European Association for Osseointegration and the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, while continuing to provide advanced implant and restorative care in both the UK and Spain.

Miranda is a dual-qualified Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist with almost 20 years of experience across NHS, private and corporate dental practices.

She is passionate about preventive dentistry and patient education, taking great pride in helping patients understand how to maintain excellent oral health and achieve a healthy, happy smile. Her friendly and approachable manner helps patients feel calm and at ease throughout their dental care.

In 2012, Miranda volunteered as a Dental Hygiene Therapist at the Olympic Games, providing dental care to athletes and their team members while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of dental and healthcare professionals.

In 2016, she travelled to Tanzania with Bridge2Aid, providing emergency dental treatment to local communities and training clinical officers to deliver essential emergency dental care.

This experience was particularly rewarding for Miranda and remains a highlight of her career, inspiring her continued interest in international volunteering. Miranda has also shared her clinical knowledge through teaching at the University of Central Lancashire, where she supported dental students in clinical practice, oral disease and complementary therapies.
