Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Saturday Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy 4 surgery, Great Knightleys Dental Clinic based in the heart of a housing estate in Basildon, near to the town centre and train station.  Our services include Hygiene, Sedation, Implants, Invisalign and Clear Correct.

Hours: Saturdays 07:45 - 16:15

During your induction period you will have the opportunity to receive further training and development to get signed off as a Patient Coordinator, offering a great opportunity to progress and develop your skills. This will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.

You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.
