About The Role

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join the team at our busy Allington Dental Clinic based in Bridport, Dorset.  Our 5 surgery clinic is a mix of NHS and private services along with implants, Invisalign and facial aesthetics.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:15 - 17:15
 
During your induction and probationary period you will have the opportunity to receive further training and development to get signed off as a Patient Coordinator, offering a great opportunity to progress and develop your skills. This will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.

About You

You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.

The main duties will include:

  • Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
  • Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
  • Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
  • Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
  • Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
