Receptionist

We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Westpole Dental Clinic based in Barnet.  Our three-surgery practice is a well-established part of the Barnet community with good transport links and offers both NHS and private services including whitening and Invisalign.

Hours: Friday 08:00 - 17:30 & Saturday 08:45 - 15:30

During your induction period you will have the opportunity to receive further training and development to get signed off as a Patient Coordinator, offering a great opportunity to progress and develop your skills. This will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.

You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.
