About the Role

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the accounts payable function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

• Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving any discrepancies

• Ensuring payments are made in accordance with company policies and payment terms

• Communicating with vendors to resolve invoice or payment queries

• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations

• Assisting with month-end processes and reporting as required

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes

• Supporting the wider Finance Team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
