Practice Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to manage our busy Halton House Dental Clinic based in Paulton, Bristol, which treats both NHS and private patients!

If you have experience successfully leading, mentoring and developing teams, to meet and exceed targets and you have healthcare or dental experience then we want to hear from you!

You must be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering "excellence", in all areas of the patient life cycle. A CQC registered manager with experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable.  

The main duties will include:

• Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
• An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s and future growth plans
• Build and sustaining close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
• You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practice in the region/cross region and celebrate success within the practice
