We are seeking part-time temporary Call Centre Advisors on a fixed term of 3 months, to join our brand-new Care Centre which has recently been launched!
As a Call Centre Advisor within our Care Centre, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to improve lives, providing exceptional service and support to patients over the phone. You’ll be the first point of contact, using your professionalism, empathy, and commercial awareness to ensure every patient feels supported and confident throughout their journey with CDUK.

This is a flexible hybrid role, to be worked at home or as required at a fixed Colosseum Dental location. Our Care Centre is open 7-days per week and will require flexible working, we have the following regional roles currently available:
Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00
