We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our fab Finance Team!

This role is based at our Head Office in Crawley, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

You will be responsible the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that payments are made according to company policies. You will work closely with vendors, internal departments, and external stakeholders to resolve any payment discrepancies and maintain smooth financial operations. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

About You

Ideally, we are looking for:

High attention to detail
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Self-starter / self-motivated. Deadline driven and solution focused
Excellent MS Excel skills
AAT studies started (or similar) desirable
