We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Projects Manager to lead our unwavering purpose of improving people’s lives which is at the heart of our clinical growth strategy. As we continue to expand our clinical capabilities and improve the patient journey, this will be driven by you.

 Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering clinical projects to accelerate our implant and aligner revenue, grow our patient subscription plan, and build world-class education, training and upskilling programmes for our dentists and dental hygienists.

 This is a hybrid role of remote working, working at Head office and travelling around to all our clinics, working collaboratively with the wider clinical team, operations managers, and external partners to translate strategy into measurable clinical and commercial outcomes.

 Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

About You

You must have a clinical or dental background with project management experience and be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering "excellence", in all areas of the patient life cycle.

The main duties will include:

Implant & Aligner Growth

Lead the development and execution of growth plans to increase volumes, identifying barriers and implementing solutions, collaborate on pricing structures and promotional activity, monitor KPIs, provide performance updates, support rollouts and ensure all growth activity meets clinical safety and quality standards.

Patient Subscription Plan

Oversee the patient subscription (membership) plan across all practices, collaborate with practice teams to drive enrolment, regularly review the plan, track key metrics, present updates to the leadership team and ensure compliance at all times.

Education, Training & Upskilling Programmes

Manage education and training pathways for dentists and dental hygienists, identifying skills gaps, building relationships with relevant postgrad education providers, coordinate the upskilling of clinicians in implants, aligners, periodontics, and preventive dentistry and develop mentorship and supported learning pathways for early-career dentists and hygienists, ensuring all training programme requirements are met and recorded and measure the impacts of the training.

Clinical Project Management

Lead multiple clinical projects from start to finish including project documentation and project review meetings and contribute to the development of clinical SOPs, protocols, and best practice guidelines, supporting due diligence and onboarding of new practice acquisitions from a clinical development perspective.
