About The Role

We are currently seeking a Patient Coordinator with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Peckham Dental Clinic. This is a part-time maternity cover position for up to one year. .

Hours: Monday - Thursday 10.00 - 18.00 .

About You

You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.

The main duties will include:

Working alongside the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice
Leading the receptionist team and to support training of other new receptionists within the region
Answering the phone, responding to email enquiries and completing other required tasks
Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
