We’re incredibly proud to announce that Colosseum Dental UK has not only retained its official certification as a 'Great Place to Work™', we’ve also achieved our highest EVER score.
'Great Place to Work™' is a global authority on workplace culture, providing employers with meaningful and verified employee feedback. All staff are prompted to anonymously answer 64 questions about their place of work.
These questions cover factors such as inclusivity, trust, training, mentoring, company culture, integrity and management style. This year, for 98.44% of questions, an increase in score has been observed. Our overall score amongst Clinicians improved by an impressive 12 percentage points, reflecting the recent changes in our culture and leadership style.
