Dr José Navarro 

In 1997 Dr José Navarro moved to Madrid and enrolled in the dental program at the European University in Madrid where he completed his degree in dental medicine. José then spent the next 5 years in New York where he completed his speciality training in Implant dentistry, prosthodontics and restorative dentistry. 

In 2009, José completed his MSc in Biomaterials at New York University college of dentistry. Since 2003 José co-directed the department of implant dentistry at the Branemark Osseointegration Centre in Spain. 

In early 2014, José started to do surgery in London as a visiting doctor. Shortly after he moved to London. Since his arrival in London his focus has been implant surgery and prosthetics in various central London locations, mainly in Wimpole and Harley Street. He maintains his position in Spain where he travels on average once a month to undertake the more demanding surgical cases. José places and restores an average of 500 dental implants per year, also performing all aspects of prosthodontics, restorative and aesthetic dentistry. 

José performs hundreds of oral surgery procedures every year, these include bone grafting, sinus lifts, on-lay block grafting and soft-tissue grafting. José combines his clinical time with teaching commitments and lectures in Europe, USA, Middle East, South America and Asia on fields of restorative implant dentistry, hard and soft tissue regeneration and digital workflow. José also plays an active role in international dental organisations such as, American Academy of Osseointegration the European Association for Osseointgration and the European Academy of Esthetic dentistry.

Miranda Pascucci
DHT, BSc, PGCERT

Miranda has worked as a dually qualified dental hygienist/therapist for over 15 years. She has worked in all sectors of dentistry, NHS, private and corporate practices. Miranda has a passion for dental education and loves nothing more than teaching patients on how best to take care of their smile.
As well as working in practice, Miranda volunteered at the 2012 Olympics as a Dental Hygiene Therapist, conducting treatments to all the athletes and their team members. This was an amazing experience for Miranda, she worked within a large team comprising of dental team members but also other healthcare professionals.

In 2016, Miranda travelled to Tanzania to volunteer for Bridge2aid. As part of the dental team, she treated locals in emergency dental care, but also trained local clinical officers to be able to conduct emergency dental treatments. This was an amazing, and life changing experience for Miranda, one she wishes to repeat in the future.

More recently, Miranda taught at the University of Central Lancashire teaching Dental students in all aspects of clinical work and oral disease, including complementary therapies.

When Miranda is not in practice, she works for NHS test and trace contacting patients who have tested positive for Coronavirus, to provide them with key health advice. Miranda is also part of the South Somerset vaccination programme, vaccinating the local population in mass vaccination clinics.
