Dr Alex has worked in NHS general practice since 2008 and enjoys building relationships with patients, seeking to ease any dental anxiety through gentle dentistry and good communication.

When Alex is not at work, she’s most likely watching one of her three children playing a number of different sports or walking the dog on the outskirts of Bath where her family recently moved.

Abdullah completed his pre-medical studies at Dublin International Foundation College, before attending the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences to study General Dentistry. He went on to graduate in 2023, and began his career as an Associate Dentist in a mixed NHS/private dental practice in Oxford. Abdullah joined the team at Halton House in 2025.

Abdullah ensures his patients have a positive experience when attending their dental appointment. He has a ‘tell-show-do’ approach – ensuring his patients understand exactly what’s happening throughout their treatment. He also provides noise-cancelling headphones for his patients who experience dental anxiety – helping them feel relaxed, whilst having treatment.

Abdullah has a calm and caring nature, and patients often comment that they felt ‘heard, informed and confident’ during their appointment.

In the near future, Abdullah would like to begin his studies in Endodontics to, eventually, become a specialist.

In his spare time, Abdullah enjoys travelling, reading, billiards and playing football.

After graduating from the University of Leeds, Flavian completed 2 years of Dental Core Training, covering a broad range of dental specialities in the Yorkshire and Humber region.

Flavian holds a Visiting Research Dentist position with the University of Leeds and has contributed to the National Institute of Health Research, ‘Raised in Yorkshire’ – a peer-to-peer led oral health improvement research project.

Flavian’s academic achievements also include oral and poster presentations at international and national levels.

Flavian is passionate about dentistry and is particularly interested in helping anxious patients accepting dental treatments and overcoming their fear of dentistry.

He focuses on his patients’ needs and is open to exploring different options he can offer – whilst providing the reassurance they need. Flavian’s outgoing personality helps patients feel more relaxed and encourages his patients to share any concerns and needs with him.

Flavian has a special interest in Paediatric and Special Care Dentistry and is looking forward to start specialist training in these areas.

Outside of the practice, Flavian enjoys gaming, travelling and going on long walks in the countryside.

• DS Kerala University of Health Sciences India, 2019

 Anjaly graduated from Kerala University of Health Sciences, in India, in 2019 and went on to work in hospital and private clinics – where she worked for almost 5 years.

Since moving to the UK in 2024, Anjaly has worked as a Dental Therapist in a mixed NHS/private in Kent. 

She is currently preparing for her exams to practice as a Dentist, here in the UK.

In her spare time, Anjaly enjoys reading, flower arranging and relaxes by watching movies.
