Balaji qualified from the University of Mumbai, India, in 1996 before moving to the UK and completing the required statutory examinations. After five years working in Cornwall, he moved to London to further develop his skills in implant dentistry and completed the Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons, regarded as a leading qualification in implant dentistry in the UK.

He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Implant Dentistry, reflecting his expertise in bone grafting and sinus augmentation. With extensive experience, Balaji has placed and restored hundreds of dental implants, from straightforward to complex cases, and regularly undertakes referral cases involving bone grafts and sinus augmentation.

He offers advanced implant treatments including All-on-4 and teeth-in-a-day, providing patients with efficient solutions for replacing missing teeth.

Balaji regularly attends international courses and conferences to stay up to date with the latest developments in implant dentistry and also shares his expertise by mentoring and lecturing to other dental professionals.

Outside of dentistry, Balaji enjoys spending time with his family, eating out and watching cricket.

Dr Karishma graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2014 and spent a year in Australia providing a range of private dental treatments.She returned to the UK in 2016 and joined Hollybush Dental Clinic, where she provides both NHS and private dentistry.

In 2018, Karishma completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Restorative Dentistry with Tipton Dental Training and also provides Invisalign Go treatment.

Since 2019, she has been an Educational Supervisor for newly qualified Foundation Dentists, supporting their professional development.

Karishma takes time to listen to her patients, ensuring their concerns are addressed and their questions answered. Her kind, gentle and encouraging manner helps patients feel relaxed throughout their dental care.

Outside of dentistry, Karishma enjoys travelling and skiing.

Dr Archana Jagnale joined the company in 2015 as a VTE Dentist, and has over 16 years of experience in dentistry across India and the UK.

Archana has a gentle, compassionate approach, tailored to each of her patient's needs, and ensures her patients have a comfortable and stress-free experience. 

She specialises in Invisalign, Clear Correct, Smile Fast, among others, to help her patients achieve their dream smile.

Additionally, Dr Archana has a particular interest in Root Canal Treatment and Surgical Extractions, ensuring that even the complex procedures are performed with precision and comfort. 

She holds an Operative Dentistry post graduation certificate, which has further honed her skills and knowledge in advanced dental techniques.

Dr Praveen Thayil Joseph has over 20 years of dental experience, having practised in both India and the UK. He joined Colosseum Dental in 2017 as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist while completing his UK dental registration, which he obtained in 2019, and subsequently developed a strong interest in periodontal care.

He went on to complete an MSc in Periodontology at the University of Plymouth, specialising in the prevention and management of gum disease.

Praveen provides both surgical and non-surgical periodontal treatments, using modern techniques to achieve effective and long-lasting results. He also provides clear aligner treatments, including Invisalign, ClearCorrect and SureSmile, alongside restorative, cosmetic and preventative dentistry.

Committed to minimally invasive and patient-centred care, Praveen places great emphasis on patient education and creating a calm, reassuring environment.

Outside of dentistry, he enjoys travelling, exploring new cuisines and keeping physically active, while continuing to develop his clinical knowledge through ongoing education.

Dr Brintha obtained her Master’s in Dentistry from Sofia Medical University and has since worked across the Midlands and Surrey, developing her clinical skills and experience.

She has a passion for all aspects of general dentistry and is committed to providing personalised, high-quality care.

Brintha has a particular interest in treating nervous and anxious patients, using a calm and compassionate approach to help them feel calm and at ease. She takes time to listen to her patients and ensure they feel supported and reassured throughout their dental journey.

Alongside general dentistry, Brintha has a growing interest in facial aesthetics and is keen to continue developing her skills in this area. She is committed to ongoing professional development and expanding her knowledge to provide the best possible care for her patients.

Outside of dentistry, Brintha enjoys spending quality time with her family and taking part in spiritual activities.
