Dr Kalpesh Bavisha received his BDS from the University College London in 1991. He continued training to receive his Master’s of Science, Fellowship in Dental Surgery and is on the following Specialist lists: Periodontics, Prosthodontics, Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry.

Kalpesh is a member of the British Society of Periodontology, European Federation of Periodontology, British Society for Restorative Dentistry, The European Prosthodontic Association and is on council on the Odontology section of The RSM. He is a part time Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at Guy’s and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust where he teaches on the Masters programmes in Implantology. Kalpesh has lectured both nationally and internationally and is committed to postgraduate development.

He provides the following therapies to his patients: treatment of periodontal disease, dental implants, periodontal plastic surgery, and aesthetic procedures co-ordinated with restorative dentistry. It is his goal to provide exemplary care for his patients and increase the awareness of oral health.

Hiten graduated from Barts & the London School of Medicine & Dentistry in 2013. He completed his foundation training in Buckinghamshire, and has worked in general practice ever since.

Patients’ oral health and well being is always at the forefront of his treatment. He believes a healthy mouth is a happy mouth.

Hiten has a particular interest in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry and has completed multiple postgraduate qualifications to ensure that his patients receive the best care using the most up-to-date techniques and procedures.

Hiten is also an accredited provider of Invisalign Full. This allows him to help patients get the smile they have always wanted by aligning teeth before carrying out cosmetic work, giving the best chance of long-term success.

Outside of dentistry Hiten is an avid traveller and enjoys keeping fit by playing a number of sports and going to the gym.

Sejal wishes to pursue a Special Interest in Endodontics and is passionate about conservative and minimally invasive dentistry.

Outside of work Sejal is a keen traveller and foodie. She loves to cook and try new dishes from the places she has visited.

Nalin qualified from King’s College, London in 1996. He has been a member of the team at Kingsend Dental Health Centre since 2009.

He has 22 years’ clinical experience in dentistry, having worked as an associate dental surgeon in general dental practice. He has also spent the last 14 years in a hospital unit in restorative dentistry.

Nalin has a special interest in endodontics, which is root canal treatments. He has completed various postgraduate courses and continues to attend regular postgraduate training courses. He completed the MFDGP (UK) examination at the Royal College of Surgeons, England in 2003, and in 2005 completed the Certificate in Endodontics from the Eastman Dental Institute.

Presently Nalin is a part-time Speciality Dentist in Endodontics in the Restorative Dentistry department at St George’s Hospital, Tooting. He also works as a dentist with a special interest in endodontics (DwSI) at two other referral practices in London. He was a practice owner for 7 years, but currently his practice is limited to Endodontics.

Referrals are accepted for de novo routine endodontics as well as the more complex non-surgical endodontic re-treatments. An initial consultation appointment is required to assess the required treatment and to come to a diagnosis, followed by a proposed treatment plan.

Outside dentistry Nalin enjoys travel, reading and is a keen skier. He plays an active role in the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir, Neasden, with various fundraising and charitable activities. He is also a school governor at a local primary school.

Dr Shameek Popat qualified from Guy’s Hospital in 1993 and obtained his MFGDP from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1998. Over the last 25 years, Dr Shameek Popat has worked hard to build upon his knowledge, his experience, his skills and his reputation to be one of the most outstanding and highly respected Private Dentists in the UK. This has been recognised by the dental community as Dr Popat was the proud recipient of one of many awards including the “Private Dentist of the Year” award at The Private Dentistry Awards 2010.

Also at the exclusive Smile Awards 2010, which recognises excellence in clinical skills and rewarded Dr Popat with winning “Restorative Smile of the year”, the highly-commended award for “Patient Smile”, and highly commended for the overall “Smile of the Year Award 2010.” This achievement was amongst a shortlist of some of the leading cosmetic dentists in the UK. He followed this up by winning the Inter-Disciplinary Smile Award in 2011. He is dedicated to furthering his dental knowledge and has completed the Aesthetic Advantage Course in London and New York, the Higher Restorative course with Dr Harry Sidelsky, Implant course at St Ann’s in Manchester, but more impressively he is one of only a few UK dentists to have graduated from the world renowned Dental Centre of Excellence – The Kois Center in Seattle. He was the second dentist from the UK to become a mentor there. He has consequently contributed to the introduction of the first ever exclusive Kois Study Group in the UK and is part of the Activity Committee at the Kois Center.

Amongst his many achievements, Dr Popat is a top instructor for the Californian Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry (CCADS UK), an active member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). He is also a member of the British Dental Association, General Dental Council, British Dental Health Foundation and the British Society of Occlusal Studies. Over the last 7 years, he has been one of the esteemed panel of judges on the Aesthetic Awards and also speaker at the Stars Of Dentistry event.

Dr Popat has a certificate in Sports Dentistry and has just started his Masters in Sports Dentistry at UCL Hospital.

Dr Popat is a professional with drive, passion and commitment to dentistry. However, integrity is important to him and his desire to support good causes has led him to trek the highest mountain in Africa, Mount Toubkal for Dentaid; to race around Europe in an old banger rally to raise money for a children’s charity called Healing Little Hearts; to financially support a week-long eye camp in India to conduct as many cataract operations as possible in a makeshift hospital and also to build a water well in a remote village in Africa for the villagers to use.

Dr Popat is married with three children and in his spare time he enjoys reading, cricket, football, and supports Liverpool Football Club.

 Pareet graduated with distinction from King’s Dental Institute in 1999. Since then, he has worked in a variety of dental practices, hospitals, and universities, gaining postgraduate qualifications. Pareet then undertook specialist training in prosthodontics at the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London and was awarded a Distinction in his Master’s degree and the UCL Dental School Prize in Prosthodontics.   He has also carried out research and published articles in the British Dental Journal.

Currently, he divides his time between teaching implant courses at the Eastman Dental Institute and private specialist practice in Hertfordshire, Tring and Harrow, London. He has advanced expertise in all forms of tooth restoration and replacement including implants, crowns and bridges. This includes over 15 years of implant experience.

Pareet is Senior Clinical Teaching Fellow, and Deputy Director for the Implant Diploma at the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London.  This course is aimed at practicing general dentists wishing to develop the skills to provide dental implant treatment for themselves.  His role includes direct supervision of students undertaking implant treatment on their patients, delivering lectures, examining and organisation of the course.

In addition to the Diploma, Pareet runs a variety of short implant and restorative dentistry courses at the Eastman. Outside of UCL, he teaches on a range of short CPD courses as well as mentoring other dentists in their own practices whilst they are providing dental implants for their own patients.

In his spare time, he enjoys cycling and travelling abroad.

Archna began her training at King's Dental Institute where she was awarded a BSc with first class honours in 1997 and BDS with Distinction in 2000.  Following her Vocational Training in Aylesbury, she undertook Senior House Officer posts in Restorative Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

After gaining her MFDS in 2003, Archna began specialist in training in orthodontics at the Eastman Dental Institute and Whipps Cross Hospital.  In 2005 she was awarded an MSc with Distinction and following completion of the Membership in Orthodontics examination was entered onto the Orthodontics Specialist List in 2006.  Archna was awarded the Fellowship in Orthodontics in 2009.
Archna also works as a Locum Consultant at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
 
In her spare time , she enjoys spending time with family and travelling abroad.
