Ellie graduated from Cardiff University in 2019 with a degree in Dental Hygiene and has developed a particular passion for supporting nervous patients.

Her thorough and attentive manner has earned her a reputation for creating a relaxed and positive dental experience.

Ellie is committed to providing personalised care in the best way possible. She takes the time to understand each patient’s individual needs and ensures they receive clear, supportive guidance.

Outside of dentistry, Ellie enjoys swimming, playing tennis and getting lost in a good book. She is also passionate about karate and holds two black belts in the sport.

Dr Faria Ahmed qualified from Bangladesh Dental College in 2011 and has developed extensive experience in general and restorative dentistry. She has been a valued member of the dental team since 2023, bringing a caring and patient-centred approach to every aspect of her work.

Faria enjoys all areas of restorative dentistry, with a particular interest in composite fillings and helping patients achieve healthy, natural-looking and confident smiles. She is committed to providing high-quality, personalised care while ensuring that treatment is tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

Known for her calm and reassuring manner, Faria takes particular care to support nervous and anxious patients, helping them feel calm and at ease throughout their dental experience.

She is passionate about creating a positive environment where patients feel listened to and informed during their treatment.

Outside of dentistry, Faria enjoys travelling and cooking, with Switzerland high on her list of places she would love to visit.

Arshiya graduated from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in 2019 and has developed a passion in implant and aesthetic dentistry. She brings three years of clinical experience from India, where she gained valuable experience across general dental procedures and worked alongside an implantologist.

Her experience has provided her with a strong foundation in both routine and advanced aspects of dental care. Arshiya has a particular passion for aesthetic dentistry and enjoys helping patients achieve healthy, natural-looking smiles.

She also has a natural ability to build rapport with younger patients, helping children feel relaxed during their dental visits.

She is currently working towards her GDC registration with the aim of continuing her career as an Associate Dentist in the UK.

Outside of dentistry, Arshiya enjoys reading, art, travelling, exploring museums around the world and spending quality time with friends and family.

Dr Justyna Grabowska qualified as a dentist in Lublin, Poland, in 2002 and began her career in orthodontics before developing a passion for general dentistry and facial aesthetics. She holds a Level 7 qualification facial aesthetics and continues to develop her expertise across both dental and aesthetic treatments.

Justyna enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interests in extractions, cosmetic dentistry and prosthodontics. She has extensive experience in providing complex denture treatments, including flexible, acrylic and cobalt-chrome designs, tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

Justyna has also completed the SmileFast composite bonding course, which inspired her passion for smile makeovers and helping patients achieve their desired aesthetic results.

Known for her calm, friendly and welcoming manner, she takes particular care when treating nervous and older patients, ensuring they feel calm and reassured throughout their treatment.

Outside of dentistry, Justyna enjoys cycling and exploring the New Forest.

She is known for her sympathetic, patient and thorough approach, always taking the time to ensure her patients feel supported and well cared for. Amy is passionate about providing personalised preventive care and helping patients maintain excellent long-term oral health.

She particularly enjoys building lasting relationships with her regular patients and getting to know them throughout their treatment journey.

Her calm and attentive manner helps create a relaxed environment where patients feel confident discussing their oral health needs. Amy is committed to delivering consistently high standards of care and takes pride in making every patient feel valued.

Outside of the practice, Amy enjoys travelling, with Iceland being her favourite destination.

Dr Fraidon Shabgard is an experienced dentist who has been caring for patients at Totton Dental Practice since 2012.

Before joining Colosseum Dental, Dr Shabgard ran his own dental practices, gaining valuable experience in both clinical dentistry and patient care.

He has a particular interest in oral surgery and enjoys developing his knowledge and skills to provide patients with high-quality, personalised dental care. 

Dr Shabgard takes pride in building trusting relationships with his patients and helping them cared for throughout their dental journey. He believes in taking the time to listen to his patients and ensure they feel informed about their treatment.

Outside of dentistry, Dr Shabgard enjoys reading, playing chess and walking. He values the opportunity to continue learning, both professionally and personally, and brings a calm and considered approach to his work.
