Our safety steps to keep you safe.

Next time you visit a Colosseum Dental clinic, things will look a little different. The safety and wellbeing of our patients and teams is our top priority, so we’ve made some changes to how we look after you during your visit to the clinic, so you can be confident that you’re in safe hands. We’re also taking enhanced hygiene measures in all of our clinics.

Please do also visit our 'Coronavirus - update' page, for the most up to date information on our position regarding Covid-19.

Please read the information below, so you know what to expect at your next appointment.

Arriving at the clinic - before your appointment

Please remain outside the practice or in your car, keeping your distance from others until you are contacted by phone or text to enter the practice.

Please avoid bringing excessive personal belongings into the clinic, however, please do bring a pen to complete any required paperwork.

If possible, please come to the clinic alone. Exceptions to this are if you require a carer or for a child attending an appointment with a parent/guardian.  If you need to attend the clinic with more than one additional person due to childcare or other issues, please let our Reception team know in advance, so they are aware.

Inside the clinic

You’ll be asked to apply hand sanitiser on arrival.  Our Reception team will ask you some questions, similar to those asked at the pre-appointment call.

Please maintain social distancing in the clinic. We’ve made some changes to our waiting areas and the available seating, to help guide you. Perspex screens have been installed at our reception desks.

We’ll ask you to keep your belongings with you and avoid leaving the waiting area until you are collected for your appointment.

Bathrooms are still operational, but please ask the receptionist before use. This will ensure we know the facilities have been used and require cleaning.

Our dentists and nurses will be wearing the appropriate PPE and you’ll be asked to wear some, too.

We’ll ask you to use contactless payment instead of cash wherever possible.

Please use the pen you brought with you to complete any paperwork.

You can book any future appointments or follow-ups with our Reception Team.

If within 14 days of your appointment you begin to develop any symptoms of possible COVID-19, such as a high fever or a new continuous cough, you should contact the practice to inform them and follow the appropriate self-isolation advice.

Thank you in advance for following these guidelines, which are in place so we can treat you safely. We look forward to welcoming you to our clinic.
