Dr Ming graduated from MAHSA University in Malaysia in 2018 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and spent over four years practising dentistry in Malaysia before relocating to the UK.

He has developed particular interests in aesthetic dentistry and root canal treatments, with a focus on achieving natural and effective results.

Ming provides SureSmile clear aligner treatment and teeth whitening, helping patients achieve their dream smile.  He believes strongly in preventative dentistry and provides patients with personalised guidance to help them maintain good oral health.

Ming takes a calm and reassuring approach to treatment, helping patients feel at ease throughout their dental visits. He is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care while continuing to develop his clinical knowledge and skills.

Outside of dentistry, Ming enjoys travelling, exploring different cuisines and recreating dishes from around the world at home.

Karen qualified as a Dental Hygienist from Cardiff University in 2001 and has since gained extensive experience across a variety of dental practices.

She has developed particular expertise in implant care and periodontal disease, as well as experience within the Maxillofacial Department at St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester, where she treated patients with oral cancer.

Karen is committed to continuous professional development and regularly attends courses to keep her knowledge and techniques up to date. She is currently Chair of the Southern British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy, where she helps organise professional study days.

Known for her friendly and caring nature, Karen is passionate about making patients feel calm and supported during their treatment. She takes pride in building positive relationships with her patients and providing personalised, high-quality hygiene care.

Outside of dentistry, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends, and a good night out involving dining, dancing or even karaoke.

Dr Jennifer graduated from Newcastle University in 1999 and has worked as a dentist ever since, practising in dental clinics across Durham, Oxford and Portsmouth.

She is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, happy smiles through high-quality general and cosmetic dentistry.

Jennifer believes in educating patients about their oral health and helping them understand how to prevent dental problems. Her friendly and easy-going nature helps patients feel calm and reassured, particularly those who may be nervous about dental treatment.

She takes a personalised approach to care, working closely with each patient to understand their needs and provide treatment in a timely manner. Jennifer is committed to making every dental experience as positive and enjoyable as possible while maintaining a high standard of care.

Outside of dentistry, she is an avid gardener and enjoys spending her free time tending to her garden.

Kirstie has worked in both private and NHS dental settings since graduating and currently provides dental hygiene and therapy treatments at Park Lane Dental Practice every Monday.

She is passionate about helping patients overcome dental fears and anxieties, taking a calm and reassuring approach to treatment.

Kirstie focuses on creating a calm environment where patients feel listened to, supported and at ease.

She recently stepped down as Co-Chair of the British Society of Dental Hygienists and Therapists, following five years of involvement with the committee. During this time, she played an active role in supporting professional development for fellow dental care professionals.

Outside of dentistry, Kirstie enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring the outdoors. She also loves baking treats at home in her spare time.
