Ming graduated from MAHSA University in Malaysia in 2018, with a bachelor’s in dental surgery. He spent just over 4 years working in Malaysia, before moving to the UK.

Ming has special interests in aesthetic dentistry and root canal treatments. Currently, he provides clear aligner treatment, using SureSmile, as well as teeth whitening, and enjoys helping transform his patients’ smiles.

Ming believes prevention is better than cure and ensures he provides this guidance to his patients. He does his best to put his patients at ease when having dental treatment.

Outside of dentistry, Ming enjoys travelling and exploring different cuisines from around the world and often tries to recreate these dishes at home.

Karen qualified as a dental hygienist from Cardiff University in 2001. Since then, she has worked in a variety of practices, specialising in implants and periodontal disease. She has had experience working in the maxillo-facial department at St Richards Hospital in Chichester, treating patients with oral cancer.

Karen regularly attends professional development courses to keep up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices. Currently, she is the chair of the Southern British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy, which keeps her busy organising study days.

Karen is very friendly and caring, and her patients often comment on this, making her very popular.

Outside of the practice, she is a busy mum, and enjoys socialising with her friends when she can. She enjoys a good night out, whether that be a nice meal, dancing or even karaoke.

Jennifer graduated from Newcastle University in 1999, and has worked as a dentist ever since. She was brought up in Hampshire, and has worked in dental practices in Durham, Oxford and Portsmouth.

Jennifer is focused on helping her patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. She enjoys carrying out cosmetic and general dentistry, and endeavours to help patients understand their own mouths and learn to prevent dental problems.

With a friendly and easy-going nature, Jennifer puts her patients at-ease, particularly when nervous. She is committed to providing high quality dental care, and working with her patients to meet their needs in a timely and comfortable manner. Every part of her care aims to make her patients’ experience as positive and enjoyable as possible.

Outside of dentistry, Jennifer is an avid gardener, and can usually be found pottering in the garden.

Since graduating from university, Kirstie has worked in both private and NHS dental settings, and currently works at Park Lane Dental Practice every Monday, providing dental hygiene and therapy treatments.

Kirstie particularly enjoys helping patients overcome their dental fears and anxieties. She provides care and ensures her patients feel calm when having treatment.

Kirstie has recently stepped down as co-chair of the British Society of Dental Hygienists and Therapists. She thoroughly enjoyed being part of the committee for 5 years and getting involved in professional development for fellow dental care professionals.

Stepping down has meant that Kirstie can now spend more time with her family. She enjoys exploring outdoors and baking treats at home.

Dr Ahmed Al Aji graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the International University for Science and Technology, in Syria, in 2020. He went on to complete a Master’s degree in Advanced General Dental Practice at the University of Ulster, UK in 2022, further enhancing his clinical skills across all aspects of general dentistry.

In 2024, Dr Al Aji was awarded the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and continued development.

Ahmed has gained broad experience in UK dentistry, having first worked as a dental nurse, followed by 2 years as a dental therapist and hygienist, before practising as a dentist. This has given him a wide skillset and deep understanding of patient care across all areas of dentistry.

He has a particular interest in preventive and restorative dentistry and is passionate about providing patient-centred care, with a gentle and reassuring approach. He is dedicated to supporting patients in achieving long-term oral health, while also delivering high-quality treatment.

Outside of dentistry, Ahmed enjoys fitness and football, which helps him maintain a balanced and active lifestyle.
